The Role

The department of Business Administration requires part time sessional instructors from August 15, 2026 - December 31, 2026. We are looking for suitable candidates to be specialized in Legal Relations, Macroeconomics, Organizational Behavior, Business Communications and Business Math.

The successful candidate will have a Master's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Necessary skills and attributes to be successful in this role include:

• Demonstrated success in instruction and course development at post-secondary level.
• Candidates must be able to apply different instructional strategies to meet the needs of students with different learning styles.
• Knowledge of Northwestern Polytechnic courses and current educational technologies commonly found in classrooms (e.g., videoconferencing, D2L) are desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, specifically one who is willing to take a risk to create opportunities.
• Highly qualified faculty, who seek to continuously improve instruction and meet the need of learners.
• Willingness to work with and support the Teaching & Learning Centre.
• Student Focused.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships across the organization.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
