Business Analyst - Abbott Diabetes Care - Mississauga, ON

Abbott Diabetes Care seeks a Business Analyst to transform sales and operational data into actionable insights for commercial decision-making. The role manages incentive compensation programs, develops business intelligence dashboards, and partners with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and field execution in Mississauga, Ontario.
Responsibilities
- Administer incentive compensation programs including plan administration, payout calculations, and performance tracking
- Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, KPIs, and analytical tools across MicroStrategy and other BI platforms
- Deliver sales, retail, and financial analysis identifying performance drivers, trends, and actionable insights
- Lead sales target setting, customer segmentation, and field-force alignment activities
- Provide regular and ad-hoc performance reporting, executive summaries, and field training on analytical tools
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Science
- Minimum 4 years of experience with pharmaceutical data sources and prescribing data
- Advanced proficiency in Cognos PowerPlay, Power BI, MicroStrategy, and Excel
- Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of account-level sales data and patient utilization metrics
Compensation: $87,000-$127,600 CAD base
