Become the NetSuite Systems Lead at Peak Performance in Mississauga, Ontario. This full-time, in-person role focuses on managing NetSuite ERP and optimizing distribution operations for our expanding business. As the NetSuite Business Systems Manager, you will oversee technological and operational improvements within the organization. You’ll partner closely with various teams, ensuring that workflows across warehouse, sales, and customer service are seamlessly integrated. Your leadership is crucial as you support critical elements of our IT strategy while advocating for efficient problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT team and set project priorities
- Administer NetSuite ERP and resolve system issues
- Improve operations through collaboration with teams
- Manage security protocols and vendor relations
- Enhance reporting systems and business workflows
- Relevant experience with NetSuite ERP (minimum of 3 years)
- Strong operational troubleshooting abilities
- Cross-departmental collaboration in IT initiatives
- Familiar with cybersecurity tools and practices
- Excellent communication to bridge various teams
