Lead Java Architect for Event-Driven Systems

Our team is searching for an experienced Senior Java Developer/Architect to oversee designing and operating scalable cloud applications. Your role will involve key architectural decisions, including messaging strategies and ensuring reliable application performance. Strong knowledge of Java, Kafka, and cloud services is crucial for success. Key Responsibilities:
• Architect event-driven systems using Kafka and Spring Boot
• Define service interactions and manage non-functional requirements
• Develop and deploy services on Microsoft Azure
• Implement CI/CD strategies and conduct unit testing
• Optimize SQL queries for improved database persistence Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years in backend or distributed systems
• At least 3 years with Java and Spring Boot
• Deep knowledge of Kafka (2+ years)
• SQL Server optimization experience (4+ years)
• Proficiency in Python programming Utilize your cloud-native architectural skills to drive successful project delivery in Toronto.
