Manager / Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Store Manager to join our team! This position is available at both our Chelsea, QC and Kanata, ON locations.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service
- Bilingual (French & English) required for Chelsea location
- Knowledgeable in both Nordic & Alpine skiing
- Service shop skills considered an asset
- Previous retail management experience preferred

Role Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate store staff to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Manage daily operations, sales, and inventory
- Ensure high standards of product knowledge and service
- Support and develop team members
