Support reliable operations through every startup phase.This HSSE Manager strengthens systems and organizational capability during design, construction, installation, commissioning, and startup. Working with project, construction, and site leadership, you will manage regulatory compliance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement. You will also oversee performance metrics, investigations, audits, and corrective actions.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and manage risks across facility startup phasesSupport contractor and stakeholder alignmentMonitor HSSE metrics, trends, and leadership recommendationsConduct incident investigations, audits, and inspectionsFoster accountability and continuous improvement across partnersRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related fieldEight years of progressive HSSE experience minimumStrong occupational safety and environmental compliance knowledgeExperience supporting large capital projects or facility startupEnglish fluency required;
