Description du poste
Le rôle du ou de la technicien.ne à la validation de données, spécialiste ERP «Item Master», est d’assurer la gestion, la maintenance et l’intégrité des données techniques relatives aux produits, composantes et matériaux dans les différents systèmes de l’entreprise, tout en supportant les opérations manufacturières.
Responsabilités principales
Gestion des bases de données (BD):
- Effectuer les mises à jour quotidiennes de la base de données
- Traiter le rapport Cognos quotidiennement
- Maintenir le Rapport journalier Google Sheet
- Assurer la synchronisation avec l’Outil SPI et gérer les articles
- Traiter les demandes de numéros dans l’Outil SPI et Aquapart
- Maintenir la BD, Miroir à l'outil SPI
- Standardiser les descriptions et spécifications des articles
- Gérer les codes articles et leur classifications
- Assurer la conformité aux normes de l’industrie du traitement de l’eau.
Validation des nomenclatures (BOM)
- Vérifier les BOM avant relâche aux achats et à la fabrication à l’aide de l’Outil de vérification de BOM Google Sheets
- Valider description et statut des items
- Coordonner avec les achats pour les numéros non actifs
- Maintenir le suivi des BOM via SmartSheets
- Gérer les unités de mesures et codes d’achats.
Support et maintenance
- Gérer les items obsolètes
- Assurer la maintenance des outils SPI,BD Miroir et Aqua Parts
- Assurer la cohérence entre le ERP et l’Outil SPI
- Maintenir l’intégrité de la base de données Item Master
- Collaborer avec les départements d’ingénierie, production et achats.
Qualifications
- AEC, DEC ou Techniques en dessin, conception, génie mécanique, approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe
- 3-5 ans d’expérience pertinentes dans un rôle similaire
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Excel, Google Sheets, ERP)
- Maîtrise de Google Suite (atout considérable)
- Doit démontrer une forte habileté à travailler en équipe
- Avoir un excellent esprit analytique, relève des incohérences et propose des solutions
- Avoir des compétences développées pour la gestion des priorités et l’organisation du travail
- Respect de l’échéancier des mandats confiés
- Doit démontrer une habileté à travailler sur plusieurs projets
- Expérience en gestion de données techniques manufacturières
- Maîtrise de la langue française (écrit et oral). Connaissance de l'anglais pour communiquer occasionnellement avec des clients hors du Québec.
- Compréhension des processus de fabrications et nomenclatures
- Connaissances de base d’un logiciel dessin 3D avec environnement Vault professionnelle (un atout)
