Pro Shop Attendant

Job Responsibility:

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pro Shop Attendant/Server to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers, managing transactions, and promoting products effectively. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day operations of our pro shop, and restaurant providing excellent customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting merchandise.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and managing cash.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Serving customers food/beverages in a timely manner.
• Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting relevant items.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and tracking product availability.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail/customer service as well as serving is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, particularly in sports-related equipment.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance communication with a diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills are essential for managing inventory and shop layout.
• Ability to effectively communicate product knowledge and engage customers in conversation.
• Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial to maximize sales opportunities.
