About the position: The Elder Home Supervisor will design, develop and ensure effective program delivery; Develop and enhance service delivery models; Develop proposals, reports and track statistical information; Active participation in the development and implementation of the community health plan, strategic plan and evaluations; Development of annual budgets and work plans; Assess needs of residents on an on-going basis; Other duties as assigned by Supervisor and or/or designate.

Qualifications: Must be Registered with Saskatchewan Association of Licensed Practical Nurses (SALPN); or have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) and must be in good standing and registered with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) preferred; 3-5 years supervisory/management experience; Acute or home care experience is preferred; Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office; Must be self-directed and demonstrate organizational skills; Must have a Class 5 Driver's License.
$30 per hour
