Accounting Clerk NOC 14200

Responsibilities Include:

• Prepare, code, and consolidate daily sales information
• Prepare customer invoices and process payments
• Coordinate bank deposits and reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and maintain vendor files
• Monitor customer accounts and unpaid invoices
• Assist with payroll processing, timesheets, deductions, vacation and sick time tracking
• Verify invoices and investigate discrepancies
• Source and order office supplies
• Support safe work practices and assist team members as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Completion of secondary school is required.

• 1 to 2 years of Accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration experience is required
• Knowledge of accounting software (Adagio experience considered an asset)
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work cooperatively with others
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License with clean abstract
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
