Position: Site Supervisor

Site: CF Shops at Don Mills

Location: Toronto, ON

Status: Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 0700-1500

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr

Shops at Don Mills is located at Don Mills and Lawrence Avenue East in Toronto, Ontario. With 72 stores, this is a lifestyle shopping center Anchored around fashion, dining and entertainment, Shops at Don Mills makes shopping a delight.  

Job Description

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations, supervising security staff, ensuring compliance with site policies and procedures, responding to incidents, and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure environment for tenants, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support on-site security personnel
• Monitor staff performance, scheduling, and training requirements
• Respond to incidents, alarms, emergencies, and calls for service
• Complete audits, reports, and documentation as required
• Oversee access control, CCTV monitoring, patrol operations, and key/card management
• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols
• Support parking enforcement and site safety initiatives
• Provide exceptional customer service and incident de-escalation
• Perform other duties as assigned

Prerequisites

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification from a WSIB-approved provider
• Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude
• G class license
• Previous security experience and/or post-secondary education in a related field is considered an asset
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
