Office and Marketing Coordinator

Overview: The Office and Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing our marketing initiatives and implementing effective strategies, all while providing essential administrative support to ensure seamless office operations. This position combines creativity with organizational skills, making it vital for enhancing Mr Swirl's presence and maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (Google, social media, emails, events, etc.)
• Create engaging marketing content and website updates
• Analyze market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies
• Assist in the management of the company's online presence, including social media accounts and website
• Coordinate promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness

Office Duties:

• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a professional manner
• Schedule and coordinate appointments and projects
• Maintain office supplies and manage inventory
• Support the team with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
• Ensure a welcoming and organized office environment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Min. 3 years of experience in digital marketing
• Proven experience in marketing and office administration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly Knowledgeable in SEO & web development
• Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM, social media tools)
• Strong Software Skills (Divi Elegant, Microsoft Office, Adobe, WordPress, etc.)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take direction and work independently to complete projects within deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00-$34.00 per hour
