As the Director of Medical Science Liaison at Abbott's Mississauga office, lead a team dedicated to improving diabetes care through scientific dialogue and expert engagement. This role focuses on managing a field-based MSL team, providing scientific credibility and fostering communication with external and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with the Canada Medical Director, coordinate educational initiatives, and ensure robust compliance and training among your team. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting the successful dissemination of medical information related to ADC products. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive scientific leadership and foster expert relations
- Support educational initiatives at academic institutions
- Collaborate with in-field leadership and teams
- Oversee MSL presentations and clinical discussions
- Ensure compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations
- MD/DO, PharmD, DNP, PA-C, or PhD required
- 5 years of experience in people management
- 8 years in pharmaceutical or medical technology
