Je suis Simon Mathé, Conseiller en recrutement chez FED ManuTech, et je recrute pour une entreprise manufacturière en forte croissance dans le secteur du recyclage.

Dans un contexte de structuration des opérations, nous recherchons un Superviseur maintenance capable de bâtir et structurer les pratiques en place.
Mission Rattaché à la direction des opérations, vous serez responsable de la performance et de l'organisation du département maintenance.

Vos missions :
Superviser une équipe de 4 à 5 techniciens
Mettre en place une maintenance préventive structurée
Implanter et faire vivre les processus via un ERP / GMAO
Analyser les arrêts de production et proposer des solutions durables
Planifier et prioriser les interventions
Améliorer la fiabilité des équipements
Structurer les méthodes de travail et les standards
Collaborer avec les équipes de production
Votre profil Expérience en supervision maintenance industrielle
Leadership structurant et orienté résultats
Approche basée sur les données et les processus
Capacité à faire évoluer une équipe
Solides compétences techniques (mécanique, électrique, hydraulique, pneumatique)
Expérience avec ERP ou GMAO
Français requis
Atout :
Licence C ou en voie d'obtention

Conditions
Salaire : 70 000$ à 95 000$ (selon expérience)
Bonus potentiel (~5%)
