Accounting Technician

Training, level of autonomy, and responsibilities will be adapted to the selected person. Your role In direct collaboration with the controller, you will touch on several aspects of operational accounting: accounts payable, invoice validation, purchase orders, and payment preparation; client billing and collections; administrative and financial project follow-up; payroll preparation and government remittances; possibility to gradually contribute to month-end activities; support for various accounting needs of the team. The position also includes about 10% of general administrative tasks, including reception and some calls, which remain low volume. A position that can evolve A more junior profile can gradually learn and develop autonomy. An experienced person can quickly take on more responsibilities in billing, payroll, month-end, and other accounting aspects. The goal is to evolve the role according to the strengths, experience, and interests of the person. The desired profile accounting training: DEP, AEC, DEC, or equivalent; good essential accounting foundations; intermediate or higher English, spoken and written (verbal exchanges with English-speaking clients); good knowledge of Excel and computer skills; rigor, organization, autonomy, and team spirit.
Conditions
