Job Description

Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Worker to join our dynamic team. This position is PART TIME. You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance, and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, adhering to health code regulations
• Operate food service equipment safely and efficiently, including serving lines, warmers, and beverage stations
• Manage inventory stock rotation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method and report low stock levels
• Respond promptly and courteously to customer requests, special dietary needs, and concerns
• Support the team in maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction
• Follow all food safety protocols, health code regulations, and company policies consistently

Qualifications

• Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification

• Physical stamina and capability to stand for extended periods
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
• Reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
• Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for shift work
