Product Security Cybersecurity Senior Manager

Product security leadership at CAE embeds cybersecurity early across software, AI, technology, and transformation initiatives. This position is regular.The Senior Manager partners with Product Security, Engineering, Architecture, and Technology teams throughout the product lifecycle. The role supports customer-facing requirements, regulatory obligations, security assurance, and secure development while representing the CISO in strategic business discussions when appropriate.Key Responsibilities:
Promote secure-by-design practices across product developmentIntegrate cybersecurity into AI and transformation initiativesSupport customer-facing security and assurance requirementsOrchestrate cyber engagement across strategic initiativesRepresent CAE Cybersecurity with customers and partnersRequirements:
10+ years in cybersecurity, product security, or technology leadershipModern software and product security understandingExperience supporting digital transformation or enterprise programsExperience in aerospace, defence, software, industrial, or regulated environmentsProven organizational change and multidisciplinary leadership experienceAdvance CAE product security through secure development, technology partnerships, executive guidance, and enterprise cybersecurity integration.
