Interior Health Lead Research Navigator Kamloops

Take the lead in research navigation with Interior Health as a full time Lead, Research Navigator. Enjoy adaptable work arrangements throughout beautiful British Columbia. This pivotal role positions you at the forefront of research guidance and implementation. You will work closely with the Research Managers, Principal Investigators, and various stakeholders to ensure that all research complies with relevant regulations. You will develop SOPs, build relationships, and lead trainings to enhance the operational performance of research activities in Interior Health.
Key Responsibilities Mentor and support clinical research staff daily
Develop key Standard Operating Procedures for research
Navigate research processes alongside internal and external partners
Conduct training sessions for staff on quality standards
Ensure adherence to research ethics and protocols
Requirements Experience in clinical research leadership roles
Robust organizational and mentorship capabilities
Understanding of regulatory compliance and ethics
Excellent communication skills for collaboration
Awareness of truth and reconciliation processes
