Lead Early Childhood Assistant Director
1 st Class After Class
Drive quality education and care for children as the Lead Assistant Director at 1st Class. This position is vital for maintaining compliance and enhancing program delivery through effective staff support. In this role, you'll be integral to the smooth functioning of early childhood programs, working hands-on with the Director and staff. Responsibilities include delivering staff training, upholding licensing standards, and addressing parent concerns. Your leadership will cultivate a positive environment and ensure children's needs are met. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate smooth team operations with the Director
- Coach and mentor staff for professional growth
- Ensure adherence to Child Care Licensing Acts
- Write and manage incident reports and documentation
- Maintain program cleanliness and organization
- Level 2 Early Childhood Educator Certification required
- Police Clearance with vulnerable sector must be current
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications necessary
- Strong communication and organizational skills essential
- Flexibility in scheduling for program needs
