Senior Risk Analyst – Regulatory Compliance & Controls

Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager - Regulatory Compliance & Controls to support a high-priority governance initiative. This is a 12-month contract (with potential extension), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid model (2 days onsite/week). The role focuses on control testing, QA, regulatory compliance management, and supporting control environment reporting within a dynamic risk and governance framework. Key Responsibilities o Act as the primary point of contact for Regulatory Compliance Management (RCM) activities o Support control testing, QA reviews, and independent monitoring processes o Conduct RCM effectiveness assessments and contribute to control environment reporting o Prepare executive-level reports, including KRIs and compliance updates o Support regulatory development processes and compliance examinations o Partner with stakeholders to manage remediation plans and control deficiencies o Coordinate audits, track action plans, and ensure timely resolution of issues o Provide structure and oversight across governance and controls activities Must-Have Requirements o 7-8 years of experience in control testing and QA o Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and requirements o Experience in risk management, governance, and controls environments o Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills o Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities o Excellent communication (written and verbal) Nice-to-Have o Professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIA) o MBA or equivalent education o Experience within large financial institutions or complex environments If you are interested & qualified for this opportunity, please send your updated resume in MS Word format to View email address on ifg-global.com For other opportunities please visit today!
