Research and Insights Specialist BCLC

British Columbia Lottery Corporation

Advance your career with BCLC as a Senior Specialist in Research and Insights. This role supports strategic insights through market research in a flexible, remote-friendly format. Based in Vancouver, BC, this full-time position requires strong client management and analytical skills. You will generate actionable insights, manage the execution of research initiatives, and support business decision-making through advanced data understanding. Collaboration with various business units to influence market strategies plays a key role in achieving our social purpose. Key Responsibilities:

Consult and influence stakeholders on research initiatives
Provide business planning support and analytics integration
Develop proactive and actionable organizational insights
Share knowledge on research methodologies with team members
Foster strong client relationships to understand data needs

Requirements:

Degree or diploma in business, economics, or related
4 to 6 years in market or customer research
Project management and time management skills
Experience with statistical tools and data analysis
Understanding of the gaming industry preferred
