Your analytical skills will be vital as you collaborate with and escalate issues to the development team, ensuring seamless client experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve technical client inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional service
- Escalate significant incidents to ensure timely resolutions
- Relay customer insights to the product development team
- Strong knowledge of basic network protocols and email security
- Excellent analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with SMTP troubleshooting for Hornetsecurity products
- Bilingual capabilities in French and English; additional languages are a bonus
- Customer service focus, able to operate under high-pressure conditions
