Business Central Application Support Specialist

Deliver expert support and enhance customer operations with your skills. In this role, you will leverage your experience in Business Central to assist global mid-market and enterprise customers. You'll troubleshoot issues, support integrations, and help train users on the ISV's high-quality product extensions. Your expertise will drive smooth day-to-day operations and successful solution rollouts. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert functional support for Business Central extensions
• Assist in solution rollouts, including configuration and testing
• Support integration projects with external systems and APIs
• Deliver customer training and onboarding for effective usage
• Participate in pre-sales activities, demonstrating product capabilities

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with Business Central or similar ERP solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
