Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery

As a Functional Lead, AI & Agentforce Delivery, you will lead customer-facing AI implementation projects, helping organizations transform business processes and elevate customer experiences through advanced AI-powered solutions. You will oversee the full project delivery lifecycle, from initial planning and customer onboarding to implementation, performance measurement, and final handover. Working closely with clients, technical specialists, and cross-functional teams, you will translate business objectives into practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on project leadership, and customer relationship management in a fast-paced, agile environment. You will also leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency, drive innovation, and help organizations unlock the full potential of AI agents and automation. Accountabilities - Lead AI and Agentforce implementation projects: Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI-powered business solutions, particularly those leveraging specialized products, platforms, and solution accelerators. - Advise customers on AI strategy and use cases: Act as a trusted advisor, guiding stakeholders in defining business challenges, identifying relevant AI opportunities, and establishing measurable outcomes. - Manage project initiation and onboarding: Coordinate the transition from sales to delivery, review statements of work (SOWs) and partner-funding purchase orders, define project roles and responsibilities, and facilitate kickoff meetings.

- Oversee project execution: Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, financial performance, resource allocation, and delivery milestones to ensure successful outcomes. - Build strong customer relationships: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, maintaining clear communication and aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations. - Facilitate project governance: Organize and lead regular status meetings with project teams, customer project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to monitor progress and resolve issues. - Coordinate and support delivery teams: Guide project team members, manage day-to-day execution, and promote collaboration between functional and technical specialists. - Track and communicate results: Document and present the outcomes of live solutions, measure performance against agreed objectives, and ensure appropriate reporting before project closeout. - Improve delivery practices: Stay informed about emerging AI capabilities, internal initiatives, and new solutions to identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement. - Manage scope changes and contractual requirements: Support project estimation, sizing, statements of work, change requests, and scope management throughout the delivery lifecycle. Requirements - Professional experience: At least five years of experience leading the delivery of AI-related business solution implementations on Salesforce or AWS platforms, with involvement across all phases of the project lifecycle. - Project leadership: Demonstrated experience as a project manager, delivery lead, or Scrum leader, including coordinating teams, managing dependencies, and delivering complex initiatives. - Consulting background: Previous experience in a professional services or technology consulting environment, with the ability to manage customer expectations and navigate changing business requirements.
