We are a family-owned building supply company located on Carp Road, west of Ottawa, and we are looking for a Yard Labourer to join our team and work in our busy material yard.

Job Duties:

• Handle, load, and unload building materials
• Load and unload delivery trucks safely and efficiently
• Assist customers with materials and orders in the yard
• Organize and maintain the yard
• Operate equipment and machinery as required
• Perform general yard duties and keep the work area clean and organized

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Must be physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Forklift experience is an asset
• Knowledge of building materials and products is an asset
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous experience in a building supply yard or similar environment is an asset
