- Mentor and develop team members for career growth
- Lead incident management and resolution strategy
- Oversee application support activities across multiple systems
- Maintain knowledge base and operational documentation
- Prepare and share service quality reports with stakeholders
- A minimum of 8 years in application support
- Understanding of ITIL processes and relevant tools
- Proficient in ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and Confluence
- Strong communication skills in English and French
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations
