Vice President Client Analytics Toronto

Lead advanced client analytics at TD in Toronto, connecting AI and financial data to improve client experiences and prioritize action. The role offers a 37.5-hour workweek in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.As Vice President, Advanced Client Analytics, you will build, manage, and operationalize an AI and Agent enabled Client Insights Factory. The function integrates client feedback, operational signals, Open Banking information, and financial data. Its purpose is to inform client-level decisions through predictive modelling, advanced analytics, and client experience economics.Key Responsibilities:
Integrate Voice of Customer signals across surveys, complaints, social, and frontline feedbackAnalyze experience drivers, segmentation, root causes, and financial impactDevelop predictive insights for attrition, complaints, service failure, and promoter growthBuild the enterprise Voice of Customer platform and root-cause hierarchyEnable Natural Language Processing and AI monitoring for client experiencesRequirements:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant disciplineMBA considered an assetExperience with advanced analytics and predictive modellingKnowledge of client feedback and financial dataAbility to link client experience with financial outcomesShape TD’s client intelligence function through AI, predictive analytics, and financial linkage from Toronto.
