SERVICE ADVISOR FULL TIME
OK Tire South Albert in Regina is looking for a confident, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in sales or customer service and a good understanding of vehicles, repairs, tires, and maintenance. Previous experience as a service advisor, service writer, parts person, or automotive salesperson is a strong asset. Duties include: * Greeting customers and identifying their vehicle needs* Scheduling appointments and preparing work orders
* Providing estimates and explaining recommended repairs
* Communicating between customers and technicians
* Keeping customers updated on repair progress
* Recommending appropriate services, tires, and products
* Processing invoices, payments, phone calls, and paperwork
* Helping organize the shops daily workflow Qualifications: * Sales or customer-service experience
* Good automotive knowledge
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Honest, dependable, professional, and able to multitask
* Comfortable using computers and automotive software
