- Analyser et valider les instructions de paiement avec précision
- Assurer le suivi des demandes dans les délais impartis
- Confirmer les instructions de paiement avec la clientèle
- Maîtriser les messages Swift pour les transactions
- Collaborer à l'amélioration des outils et processus
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente requise
- Expérience en marchés des capitaux et règlements
- Maîtrise des systèmes de paiements y compris Swift
- Connaissance des produits dérivés nécessaires
- Utilisation avancée de Microsoft Excel essentielle
