Metal Recycling Site Operations Manager
American Iron & Metal
Lead metal recycling operations at American Iron & Metal, coordinating teams, transportation, procurement, and safe daily execution across the site.Reporting to the Regional Director, the Site Manager oversees activities connected with purchasing, transporting, and processing materials. This leadership role focuses on team coaching, operational planning, customer service, cost control, and performance improvement. You will also support management reporting and strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily site activities and departmental operationsSupervise, coach, motivate, and evaluate employeesCoordinate truck dispatching and transportation schedulesManage ferrous and non-ferrous material procurementEnsure compliance with health and safety regulationsRequirements:
