Recruitment Advisor – Specialized Engineering- Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario

Based in Richmond Hill, you will drive business growth by selling our premium technical staffing services to top manufacturing companies and headhunting the region's sharpest engineering minds.

- Focus on personal sales, with an emphasis on new business development, client management and business relationship expansion
- Build an understanding of the market/industry, including trends and market intel
- Research customer prospects and book initial client visits
- Conduct effective Client visits and obtain a thorough and detailed understanding of their needs and hiring processes
- Understand, deliver, negotiate contracts and respond to RFPs and proposals
- Maintain contact with all clients to identify other opportunities, further build the relationship, and provide customer service
- Develop and grow a focused candidate database while maintaining top tier results
- Build strong relationships with candidates (providing guidance and assistance regarding their career development), consistently managing and growing the candidate pool
- Identify candidate suitability and match to appropriate job opportunities
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively while exceeding monthly targets
- Build and maintain effective relationships within all internal sales teams
- Work with company leadership to discuss weekly and monthly performance reviews / target-setting
- Develop new processes and recruitment techniques for increased delivery results
What you need to bring:
- The 360 Hustle: A proven track record in agency recruitment, complex B2B sales, or account management (minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting or selling within Engineering, Tech, or heavy Industrial sectors is required).
- Technical Literacy: You understand engineering terminology, can differentiate between various technical disciplines, and can confidently qualify complex job orders.
- Technical Curiosity: A strong interest in technology and industry trends, with the ability to quickly grasp complex technical job requirements and translate them into effective talent searches.
- Advanced Headhunting Skills: Proven ability to source highly sought-after, passive technical talent using advanced Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized engineering networks or job boards.
- Consultative Screening: Experience conducting in-depth technical vetting to assess a candidate's practical project experience, certifications, and specialized software competencies.
- Analytical Selling: Ability to sell value-based staffing solutions to highly analytical decision-makers (Engineering Directors, VPs, and Project Managers) who require data-driven and precise communication.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Experience navigating complex, complete B2B sales cycle within the industrial, manufacturing sector.
- Time management and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in the office at least 2 days a week
- The position requires you to visit client sites located in areas where public transportation may not be available

Pay Rate: $ 55,000 - $ 105,000 Annually
The listed pay range includes base salary and, if the role is eligible, a reasonable estimate of expected variable commission pay potential. Note that commission varies based on performance, the successful and commission eligible candidate may earn amounts higher than this range.
