Oracle HCM Lead Consultant for Canadian Clients

Take on a challenging role as an Oracle HCM Lead Consultant at Infosys, focusing on Core HR and Benefits modules for Canadian clients. This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, and may involve travel. A successful candidate will have 12+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. You will lead customer engagements, facilitate System Integration Testing, and optimize HCM processes. Proficiency with HCM technical tools, including HCM Data Loader and Payroll Batch Loader, is vital. You'll also prepare reports highlighting project risks and ensure seamless training and documentation for client teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of Core HR & Benefits in Oracle Fusion
• Perform System Integration and User Acceptance Testing
• Facilitate client discussions on data and integration solutions
• Maintain project status reports detailing risks and progress
• Prepare training materials for end-users

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• At least 7 years in information technology
• Strong technical experience with Oracle HCM tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Located within commuting distance of Mississauga
