The Senior Integration Lead is a key role responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the integration solutions within the SAP S\/4 HANA environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP S\/4 HANA modules, integration technologies, and business processes. The Integration Lead will collaborate with cross\-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of SAP S\/4 HANA with various internal and external system

The Resource must <\/b> have the following minimum qualifications or experience:
<\/p>

• Responsible for providing hands\-on leadership for all SAP integration activities for the Government of Manitoba and associated in scope organizations
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Lead the technical design and implementation of SAP integration technologies
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Resolve system and process issues and coordinated integration testing across all functional streams
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Analyse and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of the entire system.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Partner with Manitoba team leadership and system integrator to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Use the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, Manitoba’s code of conduct, and independence requirements.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Demonstrate extensive\-level abilities with, and\/or a proven record of success as both an individual contributor and team member, identifying and addressing client needs

• Lead the overall delivery of complex Global S\/4HANA Integration, including completion of deliverables outlined in signed statement(s) of work
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Exhibit extensive\-level abilities and a proven record of success in SAP Integration with at least 3 end to end SAP S\/4 HANA implementation projects on premise and Cloud edition
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Develop and maintain architecture blueprints, integration roadmaps, integration strategy for SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Partner with Manitoba business and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Provide technical guidance and hands\-on leadership to development teams, ensuring best practices in integration design and implementation;
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Monitor and optimize the performance of integration solutions to ensure scalability and reliability
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Confirm extensive\-level ability in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Integration suite for designing and developing integration scenarios
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Configure various Adapters like File, SFTP, REST, SOAP, IDOC, RFC,
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Exhibit extensive\-level abilities with ABAP interface development protocols such as RFC, BAPI, IDOC and ABAP Proxy
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Manitoba business objectives and leading development efforts
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Mentor teams by fostering a positive work environment, monitoring workloads, balancing client expectations, and maintaining work\-life quality for team members;
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Contribute to the development of the SAP Technology Practice, building expertise and thought leadership around SAP Solutions and offerings; and,
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Stay ahead of SAP and Cloud trends, leveraging innovative solutions to drive Manitoba business transformation.
