In this permanent role, you will oversee tender processes for institutional, commercial, and multi-unit residential projects. You'll leverage your 10+ years of estimating experience to refine pricing strategies while mentoring a team of estimators. Your strong understanding of construction methodologies will ensure accurate cost estimates and enhance bid proposals. Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor estimating team through complex tender activities
- Review project specifications for pricing strategies
- Prepare and manage comprehensive cost estimates
- Collaborate with business development teams for winning bids
- Conduct risk analysis and oversee quantity take-offs
- Minimum 10 years in ICI construction estimating
- Experience managing estimating teams and tender closings
- Strong skills in Excel and industry-standard software
- Familiarity with CCDC contracts preferred
- Gold Seal or LEED accreditation an asset
