Join an experienced multidisciplinary team as a Senior Engineer focused on applied AI. This role involves designing production-grade AI systems, integrating LLMs, and optimizing performance across decision management platforms. You will translate product requirements into technical designs and continuously improve AI features through robust evaluation frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build production AI systems and workflows
- Translate product requirements into technical designs
- Develop evaluation frameworks for AI features
- Drive end-to-end delivery of AI functionalities
- Optimize performance across serving stacks
- 5+ years in software engineering, 1+ year with LLMs
- Hands-on applied AI experience in production
- Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript
- Familiarity with LLM architectural patterns
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
