Associate Director, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring Sales and Operations Planning meetings to align cross-functional partners on supply strategies
• Consolidate clinical trial drug demand from multiple studies and translate protocols into executable supply plans
• Develop demand and supply reports with long-range and short-range strategy recommendations
• Identify and communicate supply chain risks early, establishing indicators and driving mitigation strategies
• Ensure manufacturing alignment with S&OP forecasts and support budgeting and financial monitoring processes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, or Finance; Master's or MBA preferred
• 8+ years production planning, scheduling, or supply chain experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or clinical research
• Expert-level ability analyzing complex datasets, modeling scenarios, and presenting forecasts to executives
• Strong proficiency with ERP/MRP systems like SAP and clinical supply management platforms
• Thorough knowledge of GMP and SOPs in regulated manufacturing environments
• Ability to communicate complex clinical data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Capacity to work flexible hours across global time zones

Compensation: $123,997.60–$162,746.85 base annually
