Votre rôle :- Accueillir et échanger chaleureusement avec la clientèle
- Effectuer les transactions avec précision
- Maintenir l'espace de caisse propre, soigné et rangé
- Produire et balancer le rapport de caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail
- Se conformer aux politiques et procédures de l'entreprise en matière de santé et sécurité et de prévention des pertes
- Comprendre et promouvoir les programmes et initiatives de l'entreprise (sondages, levée de fonds, financement, etc.)
- Toutes autres tâches connexes assurant le bon fonctionnement du magasin
- Excellent service à la clientèle
- Facilité à résoudre rapidement et efficacement divers enjeux
- Souci du détail
- À l'aise de travailler debout pendant de longues périodes, et de travailler occasionnellement à l'extérieur
- Expérience avec systèmes de caisse, un atout
