Survey Interviewer

Our client, a leading organization in the market research industry, is seeking a dedicated Survey Interviewer to join their team. 

Job Title: Survey Interviewer /Customer service 

Location: St Catharines, ON

Pay Range: $19.50 per hour
Duration: One year, possibility to extend based on business need

Shift: Morning shift from 8am to 5pm, or evening shift from 5pm to 2am, five days a week (including weekends) 

What's the Job?

• Make outbound calls to survey participants to gather valuable data
• Ask survey questions clearly and professionally to ensure accurate responses
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and survey responses
• Provide excellent customer service and support to survey participants
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly targets

What's Needed?

• Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site in St Catharines
• No prior experience required; training will be provided
