Job Responsibility:
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Injection Moulding Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up injection molding machines to produce high-quality products.
**Duties:**
- Troubleshoot machinery issues and perform basic maintenance
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Utilize logic controllers to adjust machine settings
- Measure product dimensions using calipers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Experience:**
- Experience with hand tools and machinery in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus
- Ability to fabricate and assemble molds accurately
- Familiarity with logic controllers
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial
- Forklift certification is advantageous
- Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations
