Canada Partner Engagement Director

Become the Canada Partner Engagement Director at Actionstep, focusing on fostering relationships that drive sales and enhance brand awareness. This role is crucial for expanding Actionstep’s reach. In this role, you will engage with a variety of partners, actively working to maintain positive relations and drive business growth. Your responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of partner management, from sales bookings to co-marketing efforts, while supporting the sales team to achieve goals effectively. Key Responsibilities:
- Own lifecycle of partner relationships for revenue growth
- Develop plans for co-selling with Referral Partners
- Prepare and present partner budgets and reviews
- Organize co-marketing campaigns with Sales and Marketing
- Maintain partner data accuracy in CRM systems
- Strong experience in partner relationship management
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools
- Experience in developing marketing campaigns
- Ability to interpret market insights for strategic decisions
