• Assist in the
  preparation of regularly scheduled

• Develop and
  maintain a filing system
  

• Using computers
  to generate reports, transcribe minutes from
  meetings, create presentations, and conduct
  research

• Supports team by
  performing tasks related to organization and strong
  communication

• Update and
  maintain office policies and
  procedures

• Maintain polite
  and professional communication via phone, e-mail,
  and mail

• Maintains
  supplies inventory by checking stock to determine
  inventory level, anticipating needed supplies,
  placing and expediting orders for
  supplies

• Liaise with
  executive and senior administrative assistants to handle
  requests and queries from senior
  managers
  

Requirements

• Proven experience
  as an Administrative Assistant, 
  Virtual
  Assistant
  
   
  or Office Admin
  Assistant

• Associate’s
  Degree in a related
  field
• 
  3 years of
  administrative assistant experience

• Proficiency in MS
  Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in
  particular)

• Multilingual may be
  preferred or required

• Excellent time
  management skills and the ability to prioritize
  work

• Desire to be
  proactive and create a positive experience for
  others

• Strong
  organizational skills with the ability to
  multi-task

• Working knowledge
  of office equipment, like printers and fax
  machines
