Description du poste
En tant que Technicien Électromécanicien, vous ferez partie de l'équipe de production canadienne de PASQAL, construisant un ordinateur quantique de classe mondiale, dans l'un des domaines technologiques les plus avancés qui façonnent le 21e siècle.
Basé sur vos connaissances et votre expérience, votre rôle est de construire des assemblages spécifiques de nos ordinateurs, de supporter les autres équipes d'assemblage et d'être la référence pour les tâches électromécaniques.
Le centre de production est situé à l'Espace Quantique 1, un bâtiment unique abritant des entreprises quantiques dans la Zone d'innovation quantique du Québec.
Votre mission :
- Assembler les sous-ensembles électriques et mécaniques des ordinateurs quantiques en utilisant des flux industriels gérés par logiciels d’exécution et de planification.
-Installer, identifier et gérer des réseaux de câbles complexes.
- Appliquer des plans de test pour valider les performances de sous-ensembles.
- Réparer, retravailler ou modifier des sous-ensembles pour les rendre conformes aux spécifications.
- Jouer un rôle actif dans l'amélioration continue.
- Documenter les procédures, les tests et les processus de travail.
A propos de vous
- Solides connaissances en assemblage et en test de systèmes mécaniques et électroniques.
- Proactif et compétent dans la manipulation sécuritaire d’outils à main.
- À l'aise avec la coupe, le perçage et le filetage des métaux et des plastiques.
- Approche méthodique dans la gestion et le test du câblage d’armoires et de sous-systèmes.
- Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans complexes.
- Grande attention aux détails et fortes capacités d'analyse.
- Joueur d'équipe, polyvalent, organisé, pro-actif, autonome et créatif pour trouver des solutions pragmatiques et efficaces.
- Capable d'anticiper, orienté livraison et dévoué à réduire les délais face à des défis techniques élevés.
- Solides connaissances de base en gestion de la qualité et en bonnes pratiques de fabrication.
- Anglais : la maîtrise professionnelle est indispensable (écrit et oral).
- Disponibilité immédiate et autorisation de travail au Canada

Job Description
As an Electromechanical Technician, you will be part of the Canadian production team of PASQAL, building a world-class quantum computer, in one of the most advanced technological fields shaping the 21st century. Based on your knowledge and experience, your role is to build specific assemblies of our computers, support other assembly teams and be the reference for electromechanical tasks.
The facility is located at the Espace Quantique 1, a unique building housing quantum companies in the Quebec Quantum Innovation Zone.
Your mission:
- Assemble electrical and mechanical subassemblies of the Quantum Computers using industrial manufacturing processes involving execution software and resource planner.
- Manage and install complex cable routings in electronic racks and subsystems.
- Apply test plan to report performance of subassemblies.
- Fix, rework or modify subassemblies for compliance to specifications.
- Play active role in continuous improvement.
- Document procedures, tests and work processes.
About you
- Strong knowledge in assembling and testing mechanical and electronic systems.
- Hands-on, proactive and competent in safe handling of hand tools.
- Comfortable with cutting, drilling and threading metals and plastics.
- Methodical approach in managing and testing electronic rack cabling.
- Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Team player, versatile, organized, autonomous and creative to find pragmatic and efficient solutions.
- Able to anticipate, delivery oriented and devoted to reducing lead time facing high technical challenges.
- Strong basic knowledge of quality management and good manufacturing practices.
- English: professional proficiency is essential (written and oral).
