Executive Vice President - Capital Projects

Step into a leadership role as Vice President at Accenture, focused on enhancing Rail and Transit capital projects. This position blends strategic sales leadership with flexible working conditions. In this executive role, you will oversee business development initiatives to expand market presence in Rail and Transit. Your sales acumen will be integral in maintaining industry relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through effective project management and performance metrics analysis. You will drive operational excellence while mentoring Accenture leaders. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic sales efforts and industry collaborations
- Enhance marketing strategies for client base expansion
- Assess backlog risks and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor performance indicators and accelerate operational improvements
- Deliver senior-level presentations and oversee proposals
- Minimum of 15 years in capital project planning and execution
- Bachelor’s in Engineering; advanced degree is a strong asset
- P.Eng. qualification required; PMP certification advantageous
- Effective leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office for analytics
