Responsibilities for Administrative Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Create access cards & badges
• Monitor daily emails incoming and outgoing
• Processing of lost cards
• Vendor access coordination
• Completing bag inspections
• Conducting contractor registration
• Reporting and documenting any incidents

Qualifications for Administrative Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Ontario security license
• WSIB approved first aid Level C certification 
• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a security guard
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience doing adminstrative duties within security
• Minimum high school diploma 
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
