Project Manager for Organizational Excellence

Join the Strategy and Organizational Excellence team as a Project Manager. Lead strategic projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and effective stakeholder communication. In this role, you will oversee the complete project lifecycle, from initial planning to final closure. You will be responsible for establishing clear project objectives and ensuring compliance with recognized project management methodologies. Your focus will be on rigorous governance and the effective management of resources towards project success. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project objectives and success metrics clearly
- Create detailed project plans addressing all phases
- Ensure compliance with project management best practices
- Validate project requirements with stakeholders
- Monitor costs, risks, and resource allocation
- Significant experience in managing strategic projects
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Understanding of both Agile and PMI methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience in budget monitoring and planning
