Your expertise in real estate valuation, leasing, and financial analysis will support the team’s diverse portfolio spanning commercial properties across the U.S. and Canada. Collaboration is key as you engage with stakeholders in both Toronto and Vancouver to drive successful asset management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: • Oversee full valuation cycle with Finance team • Administer leasing software and support onboarding • Manage insurance appraisal processes for portfolios • Conduct detailed financial analysis on property investments • Provide lease administration support for ongoing management

Requirements: • 3-5 years in real estate asset management • Bachelor’s degree in finance or real estate • Proficient in financial modeling and cash-flow analysis • Advanced MS Excel and Argus skills • Willingness to travel within Canada and the U.S.
