CNC Setup Programmer at Victaulic

As a CNC Setup Programmer, you will develop optimized CNC programs while setting machines for production. With over 5 to 10 years of experience required, this position requires skills in programming jobs with bar feeders and live tools, as well as the ability to read technical blueprints. Collaborate with engineering and production teams utilizing Lean manufacturing techniques to improve processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC lathe programs
- Set up machines for operators and conduct first-off checks
- Troubleshoot programming and adjust for efficiency
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on CNC machines
- Conduct inspections of machined parts for accuracy
- 5–10 years experience with Twin Spindle Twin Turret Lathes
- Proficient in programming with chucking setups
- Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings
- Experience in ISO-certified environments preferred
- Strong communication skills needed
