Lead transformative workplace initiatives at Sheguiandah First Nation, enhancing organizational culture and employee wellbeing. This term contract position involves project planning, implementation, and evaluation for impactful change. Responsible to the Director of Operations, the Workplace Initiative Project Lead focuses on grant-funded projects that foster organizational development and team engagement. The role includes managing timelines, coordinating events, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success. If you are dedicated to promoting positive workplace practices within Indigenous communities, your skills will drive meaningful results. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of workplace initiatives
- Develop project timelines and manage deliverables
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions and workshops
- Identify challenges and adapt programs as needed
- Build relationships with community organizations
- Certificate in Human Resources or related field
- Experience in project coordination and program delivery
- Valid Ontario Class 'G' Driver’s Licence
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of Sheguiandah First Nation programs
