Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing experience required

Location: Brampton, ON

Wage: $23.00/hr

Shift: 7:00AM - 3:30PM

Shifts available: Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client located in the Brampton area. This opportunity is for future consideration as we continue to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer service experience within a manufacturing environment, with a solid understanding of production workflows, order processing, and client coordination. Experience using SAP is required, along with strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Job Duties:

• May assist other customer service reps with
• Receives and processes customer orders/releases, checks for variation and notifies dept. supervisor of any changes
• Contacts customers in advance to notify of late or incomplete shipments.
• Solves any cumulative ship discrepancies through shipping, inventory and customers
• Advises dept. manager of changes in releases.

Requirements:

• Related work experience, preferred
• Minimum high school diploma
• Must have customer service experience within a manufacturing setting
• Excellent computer skills
• Good verbal and written communication skill
• Performing in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Cooperative with fellow employees
• Flexible to work overtime (weekdays/weekends)
• Loyal and positive attitude towards company/co-workers
• This person will also be required to go into the plant so they will need to have safety shoes.
