What You'll Do:

At Protocase Inc., we don't just manufacture custom solutions for engineers, scientists and innovators; we empower our team members to grow personally and professionally. As our Accounting Team Member, you'll be the quiet engine that keeps our operations running smoothly. This is an entry-level position with lots of opportunity to grow and build confidence in your abilities. You'll be our go-to person for:

• Entering data accurately and efficiently
• Filing and organizing important paperwork—think invoices, packing slips, cheque stubs
• Sorting incoming EAFs for accounting
• Printing cheques and processing payments (we do this every Friday!)
• Assisting with basic invoice filing and record-keeping
• Helping route inquiries from other departments (reimbursements, sponsorships, vendors, etc.)
• Using our Loader tool to export POs into QuickBooks
• Extracting A/P summaries and supporting cheque runs

No need to stress about approvals or resolving complex vendor issues—your job is all about keeping things tidy, accurate, and on track.
